The festival is open to all clubs and age groups!
Competition Area: Boxing ring
Participation Fee: 30 BGN
Equipment Requirements:
- Mandatory: 10 oz (283 g) gloves, shin guards, mouthguards, groin protectors, and helmets (participants without personal gear will not be allowed to compete).
- Optional: Protective vests.
- For participants under 18 years: Parental consent declaration (in free-text format).
Competitive Disciplines
Full-Contact Disciplines:
- SANDA / Chinese Kickboxing
- Full contact with throws allowed (max. 2 seconds), age: 18+
- TOTAL-CONTACT / Kickboxing
- Knees to the body allowed, no throws, age: 18+
- MAYANA / Kickboxing
- No punches to the head and no low kicks to the inner thigh, age: under 18
Light-Contact Disciplines:
- LIGHT-FIGHTING
- Light contact sparring, age: under 18
- TUISHOU / Pushing Hands
- Pushing hands techniques, age: under 16
- TAOLU
- Forms without weapons
- TAOLU WEAPONS
- Forms with weapons
General Physical Preparation Discipline:
- GENERAL PHYSICAL PREP (GPP):
- General physical training, age: under 16
Age Groups
- Women and Men: Adults (18+)
- Youth: (16–18)
- Juniors: (12–16)
- Children: (under 12)
